We practice classical yoga postures in a more modern fashion, maintaining the focus & integrity of the breath. This class is energizing, fast-paced, and strengthening.
We in the yoga community are becoming increasingly aware of the need for yoga to cater to modern man’s needs. Strength training and complementary training is vital to the longevity of a yoga practice.
Mobility, strength & joint preparation are a huge part of a vinyasa class. We work more on creating endurance & strength. This class is usually 65 mins and leaves the practitioner feeling alive & strong.
