Understanding Tibetan Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical instruments to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state.

Tibetan singing bowls help induce a state of harmony with relaxation. In this state, the practitioner moves into deep rest, calming both sides of the brain. It helps with muscle regeneration, elimination of stress, and freedom from toxins. After sound healing, our emotions are calm and the mind is clearer.

This session is especially helpful to patients with terminal & chronic diseases. 

This class is meditative and calming. It is especially beneficial on full and new moons. The class is 60 minutes and will leave you feeling calm and light.
