We practice traditional yoga postures the classical way. Hatha denote the sun and moon energy, representing the nature of all experiences in the world. We balance these energies in Hatha Yoga. These practices are both cleansing and strengthening at a subtle level.
Each asana, mudra, breathing works on the specific muscle group, joint, organ, and creates relaxation in the central nervous system. Hatha Yoga works on not only the body but also the mind.
